Dragon hip armor pattern

Description

A digital pattern (PDF) that you can print out and use to make your own (cosplay or LARP) shoulder armor pieces.

Use the pattern as is, or add your own details to create a personalized armor piece.

This hip armor design is inspired by dragons and bats; epic winged creatures! It is layered and has armor on the hips, and also in the middle front.
You can make the hip armor just like this, or add your own design elements to it to make your armor completely unique. Since the design is layered, you can also change the shape by adding more layers or by using less.
It’s even possible to use this hip armor pattern to make pretty cool spikey shoulder armor! I showed that option in on of the videos and on the photos.
The pattern is great to use for various cosplay projects or LARP costumes.

This is a digital file, so there is no physical pattern that I send to you. You will need to download the file to your computer and work with it from there.

If you purchase this PDF, you can immediatly download it and print it to help make your own hip armor pieces with EVA foam . I suggest using 5mm thick high density EVA foam to make this armor piece but 1cm thick foam can work too; it will just be bulkier.
Another option is to use a combination of 2mm thick foam and Worbla thermoplastic to create really sturdy armor pieces.
