You directly provide Pretzl with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

We use WordPress and Woocommerce to collect the data when you place an order from this website. Payments go via ‘Mollie’.

  • To make payment possible using third party software (Mollie for payments)

Pretzl will keep your data for 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our system. If you wish us to delete your data earlier, please contact us about this and we will do this.

Marketing

Pretzl would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. However, we didn’t start using an email list for this purpose yet.
