When printing (especially the patterns) make sure to open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and print it from there. Don’t print the file when it’s opened in your browser because in some rare occasions this can warp the lines of the patterns (don’t ask me why, because this is also a complete mystery to me, but it happens sometimes).
